Arete Flanger
The Arete Flanger was designed as a modular compliment to the Arete Notcher. The Arete Flanger can also be used as an independent unit and is the only “stand-alone” tool available for the automatic flanging and hemming of channel letter returns.
The Arete Flanger is a Cost-Effective Operation eliminating any restrictions on channel letter return lengths due to hand brake size, as well as the need to carry returns to and from a remote hand brake. The Arete Flanger ensures that returns can be flanged and hemmed as an immediate, continuous part of your channel letter production workflow, maximising efficiencies of manufacturing costs and labour.
The Arete Flanger is also Easy to Set Up and Easy to Use. The Arete Flanger is easier to set up and operate than a large hand brake. Simply plug it into any standard power outlet, switch it on, and start feeding notched returns directly into the in-feed chute. The Arete Flanger requires no other set up or special operator training. Material widts can easily be adjusted so returns can be flanged and hemmed accurately in a matter of seconds.
